Upload only photos of yourself, and for photos for two, of a friend who has agreed. Everyone in the photos must be 18 or older. Never upload photos of celebrities or of anyone who hasn't said yes. You keep all rights to your photos and to the portraits we make for you, and you may use the portraits however you like.
Portraits and videos are created by AI. Results vary and are artistic interpretations, not exact likenesses. Dance videos carry a small portraits.inoliax.com mark.
If your portraits don't look like you, email hello@inoliax.com within 14 days. We'll make them again for free, or refund you in full if you haven't downloaded any of them yet.
Don't use Portraits by INOLIAX to make images of other people without their permission, or anything harmful or unlawful. We may refuse or refund an order that breaks these rules.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include everything; there are no subscriptions.
Portraits by INOLIAX is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
